These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and The WebSite Guru ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our website at thewebsiteguru.com and any web design, development, AI solutions, or related services we provide.
By engaging our services, submitting credentials through our onboarding portal, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
The WebSite Guru provides professional web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, AI chatbot integration, AI-driven automation, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be discussed and agreed upon between the Client and the Company prior to commencement of work.
All payments made to The WebSite Guru are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the final deliverable, change of mind, business closure, or failure to provide timely feedback or materials.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. The WebSite Guru does not store credit card or banking information.
Each deliverable includes one (1) complimentary revision at no additional charge. This revision must be requested within fourteen (14) calendar days of the deliverable being presented to the Client.
Revisions are strictly limited to corrections and adjustments to the work as originally specified and delivered. A revision is defined as a modification to fix bugs, errors, or discrepancies between the delivered work and the original agreed-upon requirements.

Edits requested beyond the one (1) included revision, or edits that fall outside the scope defined in Section 4.2, will be billed at our standard hourly rate. The applicable hourly rate will be communicated to the Client and must be agreed upon in writing before additional work begins.

The scope of each project is defined by the requirements discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Any verbal or written agreements regarding deliverables, features, and specifications form the basis of the project scope.
Any changes to the project scope after work has commenced — including new features, additional pages, design changes, or functional modifications — constitute a "Change Order." Change Orders will be quoted separately, require written approval from the Client, and are subject to additional fees and adjusted timelines.

If a project is delayed for more than thirty (30) calendar days due to the Client's failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals, the Company reserves the right to consider the project complete as delivered. No refunds will be issued for projects delayed by Client inaction.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the custom-designed deliverables (HTML, CSS, and custom graphics created specifically for the Client's project) transfers to the Client.

The Client may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice. However, all payments made prior to termination are non-refundable per Section 3.1. The Client will receive any completed work up to the date of termination.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The WebSite Guru, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
